Philadelphia, PA—The North American Boxing Federation (NABF) featherweight title will be the prize when Rogers Mtagwa, of Philadelphia, PA, and Aldo Valtierra, of Mexico City, meet over 12 rounds for the vacant belt on Friday evening, July 20, at the New Alhambra, Swanson & Ritner Streets, next to Forman Mills, in South Philadelphia.
